Add a beautiful and active little fish to your freshwater aquarium with our Rosy Loaches. Known for their vibrant pinkish-orange coloration, slender bodies, and playful schooling behavior, these tiny loaches make a wonderful addition to planted aquariums and peaceful community tanks.

Native to Myanmar in Southeast Asia, Rosy Loaches are among the smallest loach species commonly kept in aquariums. Males develop beautiful rosy-red to orange coloring, while females typically have a more golden-brown appearance with dark spots and markings. Their small size and energetic personalities make them especially popular among nano aquarium enthusiasts.

Unlike many other loaches, Rosy Loaches are active swimmers that explore the bottom and middle areas of the aquarium. They are social fish that thrive in groups of eight or more, often displaying more vibrant coloration and natural schooling behavior when kept together.

Rosy Loaches prefer well-established aquariums with live plants, driftwood, smooth substrate, hiding places, and clean, stable water conditions. They enjoy a varied diet of small sinking pellets, crushed flakes, frozen bloodworms, baby brine shrimp, and other appropriately sized foods.
