Size: Can grow up to 40–50 ft tall, but can be kept smaller with pruning or grown in a container 

Fruit: Small olives with a low flesh-to-pit ratio 

Harvest: Olives are picked for table use in late October–November, and for oil production in mid-December–February

Soil: Well-drained, slightly alkaline soil 

Watering: Consistent moisture is vital, especially during the growing season. Deep watering at the root zone encourages vigorous growth and a bountiful harvest. We recommend a minimum 2 gallons of water every single day for the first 3-4 months. During the Summer trees need to be water early in the morning and in the afternoon, twice a day!
