Add a sweet and unique specialty fruit tree to your landscape with the Flavor Grenade Pluot. This variety is known for its oblong, elongated oval fruit with light green-yellow chartreuse skin and dark red to burgundy blushing.

Flavor Grenade Pluots have translucent buttery yellow flesh with a very sweet, honey-like flavor and subtle citrus notes. The fruit is firm, crisp, and juicy, making it a great choice for fresh eating.

This variety typically ripens in mid-to-late summer and may hold its quality on the tree for several weeks. Flavor Grenade Pluot requires approximately 300 to 400 chill hours and grows well in USDA Zones 5 to 10.

Flavor Grenade is not self-fertile and requires a cross-pollinator, such as Flavor King Pluot, Dapple Dandy Pluot, Emerald Drop Pluot, or Santa Rosa Plum.

Tree size is approximately 12 to 16 feet tall, depending on growing conditions and pruning.
