Appearance: Oblong, Elongated oval shape with light green-yellow (chartreuse) skin and dark red or burgundy blushing.
Flesh & Taste: Translucent buttery yellow flesh with an explosive, sweet, honey-like flavor and subtle citrus hints.
Texture: Firm, crisp, and very juicy.
Harvest Window: Ripens mid-to-late summer (July through September/October), holding its quality on the tree for 4 to 6 weeks.
Chill Hours: Requires 300 to 400 chill hours.
USDA Hardiness: Zones 5 through 10.
